The Law amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding the breach of the mature bill issuing.
It is envisaged that the mature bill issuing without the monetary arrears for the goods supplied, executed works, services presented to without the definition of the conditions for calculations with the use of mature bills or with the indication of the payment sum that is bigger than the sum of obligations of trust or drawer of a bill before the individual that shall received the payment due to the order, - leads to penalty from 400 to 500 non-taxable income.
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.3041.
